Bloom x MYLK MA’AM: A Community Workshop on Sustainability, Wellness, and Our New Creamer
When Bloom invited me to be part of their event at Avenues Mall on December 6th, 2025, I did not hesitate for a second. My connection with Bloom goes back to day one. I have been with them from the very beginning, and whenever they invite me to be part of something rooted in doing good, I show up with my whole heart. We share the same values when it comes to sustainability, community, and the belief that education and action go hand in hand. This collaboration felt natural because it came from a place of trust and shared purpose.
Moments like these remind me why I started MYLK MA'AM in the first place. Bringing people together, sharing knowledge, and creating small but meaningful shifts toward a healthier lifestyle and a more sustainable country is what truly fills my heart.

Bloom x MYLK MA'AM: Wellness for Everyone
The Bloom x MYLK MA'AM event was centered around sustainability, care, and awareness. It was about showing that living a plant-based, clean, and nourishing lifestyle does not have to feel restrictive or complicated. It can be fresh, yummy, delicious, and full of love. Most importantly, it can be accessible to everyone.
The event took place at Avenues Mall and was open to the public. From early in the day, we welcomed a beautiful mix of people, young visitors curious about plant-based choices, families looking for healthier options, and long-time supporters who already believe in clean and natural living. That diversity is exactly what made the experience so special. Sustainability conversations should never feel exclusive. They should feel warm, inviting, and grounded in real life.
Honest Conversations and Shared Values
Throughout the day, my goal was simple: to start honest conversations. Conversations about what we consume daily, how it affects our bodies, our gut health, our immunity system, and the environment around us. Small daily choices, when made with intention and care, truly add up. Whether it is choosing non dairy alternatives, prioritizing hydration, or being more mindful of local and fresh ingredients, every step matters.
For me, sustainability is not a trend. It is part of our DNA at MYLK MA'AM. We believe that true wellness starts from within. Clean ingredients, nourishing choices, and respect for the body are the foundation. From there, that care naturally extends outward to the environment and to our country. When we choose natural, plant-based, and thoughtfully made products, we are choosing a healthier lifestyle for ourselves and a kinder future for the planet.
This is why this collaboration aligned so perfectly with our mission. It was not just about showcasing products. It was about storytelling, education, and connection. It was about showing people that wellness can be refreshing, delicious, and joyful, rather than overwhelming or intimidating.

A Sneak Peek: Our New Plant-Based Coffee Creamer
During the event, we featured a selection of our products, including something very close to my heart: our new coffee creamer, no spoilers!! launching very soon.
Inviting people to try it was a meaningful moment for me. Observing their reactions, listening to feedback, and seeing genuine curiosity around the product offered valuable insight. The response was positive overall, and it was reassuring to see that the coffee creamer resonated as a nourishing, non dairy option that supports gut health and overall wellness, while still delivering on taste.
We also hosted an open Q&A session, which quickly became one of the most engaging parts of the day. I invited volunteers from the audience to join me, and together we talked about plant-based living, nutrition, hydration, and the real-life challenges people face when trying to make healthier choices.

Community, Curiosity, and the Future of Wellness
What I loved most was the curiosity. People genuinely wanted to learn. They asked about nutritional benefits, immunity support, clean ingredients, and how to make small changes that fit into busy lifestyles. There was no judgment, only openness and care. That exchange created a strong sense of community and reminded me that wellness is not about perfection. It is about progress, intention, and love.
This did not feel like a traditional workshop. It felt like a shared experience. A space where questions were welcomed, flavors were explored, and sustainability felt tangible rather than abstract. Moments like these stay with people long after the event ends. They reaffirm something I deeply believe in: people want to care. They want to make better choices for their bodies and the planet. Sometimes, all they need is guidance, reassurance, and a safe space to start.
Events like this act as eye openers. They show how education, collaboration, and community can drive real change. When brands come together with shared values, the impact multiplies. It becomes about more than products. It becomes about lifestyle, awareness, and responsibility.
I am deeply grateful for everyone who showed up, asked questions, tasted, listened, and engaged. Grateful for the opportunity to share MYLK MA'AM’s story and to continue building a wellness-driven, plant-based movement rooted in love and care.
This will not be the last time we come together for a cause like this! more events are already in the works, and I cannot wait to continue these conversations!
With love,
