So, let's dive into my favorite creative ways to use some of my favorite products, Plant-Based Butters, Plant-Based Cheese, Granolas, and Yogurts for everyday snacks that are both nutritious and delightful, supporting your overall wellness and well-being.

Plant-based Nut Butters: Our butters are normally lower in saturated fat, cholesterol-free and a great source of unsaturated fats. These aren't just for toast! Their rich, creamy texture makes them perfect for dipping fresh veggies, spreading on crackers, or even adding a dollop to your favorite smoothie for an extra boost of flavor and healthy fats. Think savory herb butters for a sophisticated, home-made snack, or a touch of sweetness for a delightful afternoon treat.

Plant-Based Cheese: Say goodbye to bland vegan cheese! Our plant-based cheese is a variable Protein content, fiber, fortified with Calcium and B12 and normally lower in saturated fat and cholesterol, it offers a variety of flavors and textures, perfect for everything, from simple grilled cheese sandwiches to more elaborate charcuterie boards. Try melting it over your favorite comforting snack, or crumbling it over a fresh salad for a burst of flavor. 

Granolas: Our granolas are more than just breakfast food! They’re a great source of healthy fats, nutrient rich (Granola is considered a source of various vitamins and minerals, depending on the ingredients. Nuts and seeds provide vitamins like vitamin E and minerals like magnesium and zinc), and a great source of fiber! They're fantastic as a crunchy topping for yogurt, a satisfying addition to trail mix, or even enjoyed on their own as a quick and easy snack. The blend of nuts, seeds, and gut healing grains provides a boost of energy whenever you need it. 

Plant-based Coconut Yogurts: Creamy, smooth, and packed with flavor, our coconut yogurts are a variable Protein content, fortified with calcium and Vitamins, and often lower in stared fats, they are a delightful snack on their own. But why stop there? Layer them with granola and fresh fruit for a parfait-inspired treat, or use them as a base for a refreshing smoothie

 

Here are My Creative Snack Ideas to Spark Your Imagination:

Choco Mylk Pudding: This is actually one of my favorites go to snack; the chocomylk chia pudding. A super versatile and easy snack for those busy and on the go days:

  • For every cup of chocomylk, add 3 tbsp of chia seeds.
  • To give it that extra sweet boost, add 1 tbsp of maple syrup too.
  • Allow it to set for a minimum of 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Layer it in a glass with our coconut yogurt, topped with your favorite granola and berries.

Cacao Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie: If all your ingredients are clean & fresh, shouldn’t your mylk be too?
Here’s a super simple & yummy smoothie recipe that can help you kick off your day:

  • 1 cup of mylk of choice
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Coconut Yogurt: Create your own coconut yogurt parfait using our clean & yummy products.


All you’ll need is the coconut yogurt & any of our delicious granola topped with your favorite fruits and sweetener, truly the perfect snack to boost your energy for the day.

Mylk Ma'am's Radiant Raspberry Refresher: This fresh smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and nutrients to help you feel your best. It's perfect for a quick breakfast, a healthy snack, or a post-workout boost.

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Mylk Ma'am Mylk Butter (any flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup coconut water or plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon beetroot powder (optional, for extra color and nutrients)
  • Now, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more coconut water or plant milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

The possibilities are truly endless when it comes to flavor pairings. Experiment with different combinations to discover your own unique snack creations. Think about the balance of sweet, savory, crunchy, and creamy. Don't be afraid to try something new! You might even discover some gut-healing combinations!
